Abstract: Summary of an initiative of St. James’s Hospital (SJH) medication safety programme to highlighting prescribing safety issues. The project the ‘Medication Safety Minute' was based on the concept of ‘bite-sized learning’. The aim was to deliver a message which could be which could be read and understood in one minute or less. The project was selected for the HSE excellence awards showcase.
